Cancel your subscription and what happens next

How to cancel on each platform, the 30-day read-only grace period, when your bank connections are removed, the deletion warnings you get, and how to export first.

How to cancel

Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Changing your mind before then restores the subscription with nothing lost.

The 30-day read-only period

Once the paid period ends and the account lapses, RevvFi keeps your account for 30 days in read-only mode. You can sign in, look at everything, and export, but you cannot add or change anything. The web app and the phone app both enforce this, and so does the server.

Day 30: deletion

After the 30 days RevvFi permanently deletes the account and emails you a copy of your data first. Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you would rather delete sooner, see Delete your account.

Export before you go

Any time before deletion, including during the read-only period, you can download your records: Settings → Data → Export tax records (Excel or PDF, per year and business), the Reports screen's Export menu (PDF, category summary CSV, or a transaction line-item CSV), and the Deductions screen's Export PDF. Exporting asks you to verify with two-factor. See Reports and exporting your records.

Accounts that lapsed before September 4, 2026were promised 90 days and keep them. The 30-day period applies to lapses from that date on.
