How to permanently delete your RevvFi account and data
You can permanently delete your RevvFi account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate — there's no waiting period, and no one at RevvFi needs to approve it.
Deletion happens immediately: your bank connections (Plaid) are unlinked and your account data is permanently deleted. Before deletion, we email a copy of your data to your registered email address — you can opt out of that email in the confirmation step.
Email privacy@getrevvapp.com from the email address on your RevvFi account and ask us to delete your account. We'll permanently delete your data within 24 hours of receiving the request.
Deleted: your profile, transactions, bank connections, receipts, mileage logs, budgets, and AI chat history.
Retained: only what the law requires us to keep — everything else is permanently removed. Product analytics events (which never contain transaction amounts, merchant names, or bank details) auto-delete after 90 days regardless of account status.
